Noise Cut Transformer NCT-F1

It is the most basic and proven long-selling model.

It has a coaxial and different core structure, is suitable for mass production, and is a relatively inexpensive basic model, but it has a significantly high noise attenuation rate among noise prevention products. Additionally, it is designed in a shape that faithfully adheres to the principles of noise prevention, equipped with triple shielding, housed in a sturdy and low-impedance outer casing, and possesses the quality to shield all conductive parts, including terminals and lead wires. Compared to the NCT-G type, it is slightly superior in efficiency and voltage fluctuation rate.

Noise Cut Transformer NCT-F3/F4

Both input and output can switch between 100V and 200V.

For example, when used externally alongside your equipment, such as being combined with medical devices and placed in a consultation room, care has been taken with the appearance to ensure that it does not compromise the high-quality image of the entire room. Additionally, to facilitate easy installation and wiring, we have prepared two shapes to choose from—vertical (F3 type) and horizontal (F4 type)—to suit your installation space and aesthetic preferences.

Noise Cut Transformer NCT-I1

Low price, standard type / Ideal for equipment integration.

This is a small, low-cost "Noise Cut Transformer" developed with a focus on general-purpose electronic devices for mass production and portable electronic devices. By utilizing a newly developed noise prevention mechanism (which has been patented), it effectively blocks normal mode noise across a wide frequency range that cannot be prevented by conventional isolation transformers or shielded transformers, thereby significantly improving the noise resistance of the connected devices, all at a low cost. Additionally, its wide-band common mode noise blocking capability protects the load devices from surges caused by induced lightning. In addition to standard voltage models, we can also produce units at your desired voltage through made-to-order production, allowing for replacement of the power transformer in the connected devices. Furthermore, it can eliminate the need for other noise prevention components such as power filters.

Noise Cut Transformer NCT-K

It is equipped with strict lightning protection and surge prevention.

The lightning surge that intrudes into the power line and reaches one coil of the lightning protection transformer first attempts to transfer electrostatically (through capacitive coupling) to the other coil. However, if the transformer has a shielding plate, this can be effectively prevented. Following that, a slower electromagnetic transfer (through inductive coupling) occurs, and there has been no lightning protection transformer equipped with a structure to prevent this; they have relied on added capacitors and varistors, which have been insufficient to protect low-resistance information devices and precision electronic equipment. However, a structure like the "Noise Cut Transformer" that prevents high-frequency magnetic flux from the lightning surge from crossing to the secondary side can also prevent this electromagnetic transfer. The NCT-K type takes advantage of this characteristic, featuring high voltage insulation that withstands the impact of lightning surges, excellent shielding with a very low impedance triple structure, and is designed and manufactured to easily divert powerful lightning surges to the ground, almost completely preventing them from escaping to the load side, making it a "Noise Cut Transformer for lightning protection."

[Noise Countermeasure Case] In a logistics warehouse, sensor modules frequently malfunction.

Is the inverter motor used in the conveyor involved? Here is an introduction to noise countermeasure examples.

In Company F's logistics warehouse, picking, packaging, packing, sorting, labeling, and other processes are carried out collectively, with each unit arranged along a conveyor. Various sensors such as proximity sensors, displacement sensors, image sensors, inkjet printers, and barcode readers are extensively used, creating an automated transport line designed with labor-saving in mind. There have been frequent issues with these sensor modules failing over a wide range. Even after replacing the components of the modules, cases of repeated failures continued to occur... *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

[Noise Countermeasure Example] The analog signal from the weighing controller is unstable.

In a servo-based weighing system, the analog signal from the weighing controller fluctuates.

At Company B's factory, which manufactures plastic products, there is an automatic weighing machine for resin raw material pellets that are transported by a conveyor belt. This system inputs the analog signal output from a device that detects the gate's opening degree via a potentiometer into a PLC for control, and sends signals to a servo driver for control. While operating this system, a problem occurred where the gate opened and closed in small increments, making accurate weighing impossible. If this continues, it will significantly impact product production... This case was related to "high-frequency noise propagating through the air." *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

It is also highly effective in preventing leakage current in "inverter equipment" and "servo equipment."

This booklet includes classifications of faults caused by leakage current and information on leakage current issues. The "Noise Cut Transformer," which is extremely effective for noise countermeasures and lightning induction measures, has also proven to be highly effective in addressing the recent increase in malfunctions of leakage breakers and leakage current issues in "inverter devices" and "servo devices." [Contents (excerpt)] ■ Classification of faults caused by leakage current - Electric shock - Leakage fire - Malfunction of leakage breaker ■ Leakage current issues - When the insulation resistance (r) of the equipment decreases - Effects of the capacitor (c) between ground *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Rediscovering the Charm of Noise Cut Transformers! Vol. 4 Leakage Current Countermeasures (2)

Support for 4 loops with one unit! It can also prevent leakage currents from harmonics and high frequencies!

This booklet includes information on measures against leakage current and the effects on high-frequency leakage current. The "Noise Cut Transformer" can significantly suppress leakage current from DC to GHz range due to its common mode wideband high attenuation characteristics. As a result, it can prevent not only the fundamental wave components (50Hz/60Hz) but also harmonics and high-frequency leakage currents. [Contents] ■ Measures against leakage current using Noise Cut Transformer ■ Noise Cut Transformer supports four loops with one unit ■ Effects of Noise Cut Transformer on high-frequency leakage current *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study] Electric Equipment Company F

Real Trouble: The digital signage is not working! The source of the noise was identified as the lighting fixtures!

Company F, an electrical equipment company, was responsible for electrical work at a certain terminal station and was in charge of the installation of digital signage using LCD displays. The construction was progressing smoothly as scheduled, but the digital signage experienced unexplained malfunctions and system crashes. In response, our company investigated whether noise was observed during malfunctions or if there were any nearby devices generating noise. It was determined that the noise was coming from nearby lighting fixtures, so we proposed the introduction of a "Noise Cut Transformer" for the power supply of the lighting fixtures. After the introduction, the malfunctions of the digital signage completely ceased, and it was able to display beautiful images. [Case Summary] ■ Problem: Unexplained malfunctions and system crashes of digital signage ■ Product Introduced: Noise Cut Transformer ■ Effect: Malfunctions of the digital signage completely eliminated *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
